Please follow these instructions to setup EyeKon monitor on your Windows laptop.
1) Magnetic Mount: Install EyeKon mount on the laptop screen close to webcam, either on left or right side of the webcam. Secure it by tightening the back screw with silicone cap. The mount has both up and down positions as shown here.

2) Attach EyeKon: Attach the EyeKon to the magnetic mount as shown. Once attached, adjust the EyeKon placement closest to the webcam using up & down maneuvering on magnetic surface.

3) Cables: EyeKon comes with two cables and a USB to C converter as shown in the picture. USB-C to C is a Thunderbolt cable, and it enables you to connect EyeKon to PC/MAC with this cable alone through a Thunderbolt port. Please ensure your laptop has the appropriate ports to connect.
4) Connect to computer: Connect the EyeKon to the computer using power & data cables. Once the EyeKon monitor is turned on, go to Display settings from the computer screen. The windows will display EyeKon as a second monitor, as extended or a clone.
Click ‘Identify’ to see which are 1 & 2 screens.

5) Display settings: When EyeKon screen (2) is selected, EyeKon resolution defaults to 854 x 480.
Set Eyekon display to ‘Landscape’ by using rotation button (click once to rotate the screen) on EyeKon.
Always choose, ‘Extend these displays’ under Multiple displays.
6) EyeKon ready: The large screen is the laptop screen (1) and the small screen (2) is EyeKon monitor.
Click and drag the EyeKon monitor as shown to the top of screen 1, or leave it as is.
7) EyeKon video conference: Launch the video app. Drag and drop video app into the EyeKon monitor as shown. Maximize the app and adjust the settings as needed (gallery vs speaker view, etc.).
Note: There are multiple ways to utilize EyeKon by using dual screen option in Zoom video settings.
