How EyeKon worksÂ
Normal mode while participating in a video call.
o I focus on screen image(s) for the most part to connect with the audience, not the webcam!
o Participants will see my droopy eyes, with downcast forehead.
o In this scenario, I fail to make a natural eye contact with the audience.
The EyeKon ExperienceÂ
o Move the video call to EyeKon monitor placed above or below the webcam.
o My focus shifted from the screen to the EyeKon monitor, bringing webcam into my focus.Â
o Now I am looking straight into webcam, establishing a seamless eye contact with the audience.
The EyeKon Placement Options
EyeKon comes with a custom designed Mag-Mount that enables the EyeKon placement above or below the webcam as shown below. See the pictures under installation instructions (Support).Â
Note: Place EyeKon 2-3 mm close to webcam by sliding it up/down on the Mag-mount. If EyeKon is too close to the webcam, it starts obstructing the view. Adjust accordingly.
